Along with the best time to contact you. Also include the day and time you prefer.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel after confirming, you will need to send another deposit to confirm an appointment. If you need to reschedule, you can change your time once after confirming original appointment as long as you reschedule at least the day before. You can not keep rescheduling multiple times with the same deposit.
